Screen Recording Tools App Reviews

Description says audio from computer can be recorded. A pop up window asks to download a driver, but the link is dead. Paid for nothing as Quicktime does the same stuff. All links are dead, company, help, everything.

This app works great, as long as you only need the computer mic. If you try to use the internal sound, it says you need a plug in. You follow the link, and it’s expired. I would actually like to get a full or partial refund. The video part is very easy to use and works great. Depending on what you need it for, it could work well.

thank you for this need and low priced tool! i am using it with a macbook 13" and am capturing fullscreen with sound! thought it will maybe make too big files for my tiny ssd. 1min ca. 100MB, when i think about fraps…it does it in one sec with fullhd…

Very good application, the only thing its missing would be to record computer audio AND microphone audio at the same time. Other than that, amazing quality, highly recommended!

Bad, not working under OS X. Always ask to install audio driver from microsoft.

On my Macbook it works for the first 10 seconds after that only the audio track is recorded (badly compressed)

I would give 5 starts to this app. It is a very useful screen recording tool. You may record the screen of high quality videos and camera video, and may set video quality and choose audio device.This is exactly what I need. I very like this app.

I like this app a lot, but the 1 thing that bothers me is that i cant set it so that it records in a certain amount of time. example. mabye i want to open a game like minecraft or a web page. I cant set it so that it starts recording in 15 seconds Besides that i find this app amazing. I recomend this app to anyone who wants to record gaming. Keep up the good work and mabye we will have plenty of more features, and mabye even an editing program!

THIS APP IS EPIC it helped me with my minecraft serise cheak out alsom vids if you like minecraft but sureusly buy this app and one more thing pleas update to add 60 frames per second

Its quality is awesome, and much more. The soundcard works, and it actually does let you have a sound card. It is simply the best recorder I have ever used.

Extremely dissapointed after reading the other positive reviews. The app would randomly freeze and say could not capture what was on screen. After freezing the app wouldnt even abort after trying to force a quit. A great waste of money.

I dont know if Im doing something wrong. But I will hit screen capture and check the record computer audio box. I installed the audio driver it suggested in order to do so. But when i record and import to imovie the audio is just blank theres no sound? Can anyone help me with this?

I thought this would be what I was looking for. However, it wouldnt capture audio for me (using a MOTU audio interface). It recognized the MOTU, but did not capture the audio. Also, even though I selected the highest frame rate for recording (30) it didnt always capture the maximum frame rate so the video was not smooth on playback.

There is a minor bug in which the recorder will stop recording and then the time is frozen. I have tried fixing it but it does no good. please fix.

This is a great application, it is simple, easy to use, and meets all my needs except for one. It needs to be able to record computer audio and microphone audio at the same time.

Bought this and cannot get it to work at all……will not record any audio or video. Settings will not stay set. Don’t waste your money on this like I just did.

when I record one thing the app will not start back up and I will say it has great recording settings and makes a good vid but still it wont restart after use

Let me cut straight to the point, I’m not saying that this program is bad, I just wish that it had more features, with the main one being the ability to download videos without having the sound on. I know there are other downloader programs out there that let you do that, but none that I can find in the App Store. Other than that it’s a nice little program. If it could only get an update to let it record without having the sound on manually…….
